Our foundation aims to replace the pipeline to prison with a pipeline to college for African American youth in inner cities by offering early college exposure opportunities and campus tours to our nation’s Historically Black Colleges and Universities for seventh and eighth graders.
Our foundation recognizes the importance that the performing arts can play in changing the trajectory of a young person’s life. Our foundation will provide underserved youth with opportunities to enjoy professional theater productions and pair them with industry mentors who will assist them with developing their talents and open doors to fulfilling careers in the performing arts.

Reimagine Roseland Community Center would revitalize an abandoned church edifice into a vibrant community hub that offers educational, cultural, and performing arts programs to empower and uplift the Roseland Community on the South Side of Chicago. It will serve as a safe space for community engagement, youth development, artistic expression and community Reimagination and restoration while preserving the rich history and spirit of the families and neighbors of the Roseland community.
Our foundation will assemble, train, and disperse a diverse, multicultural, multi-faith, team of compassionate leaders who organize to bring critical resources and creative solutions nationally and internationally when the call for humanitarian service is needed. The “G” Force will provide creative solutions and direct service to eliminate human and animal suffering and to provide compassionate, creative, and courageous leadership in times of calm and in times of crisis.
Rev. Kev’s Rhyming Readers is a “Read Out Loud” initiative designed to encourage caring, responsible adults to support young readers with building resilience and self confidence by Reading Out Loud to them. This initiative raises funds to donate children’s books to underserved and under-resourced schools in inner-cities and rural areas across the United States, and around the world in South America, India, and on the continent of Africa.

“If our young people are to dream of themselves bathing in the spotlight on the great stages of the world, we must help them open their imaginal skies by exposing them to the magic of the theater and the performing arts. We create future artists by investing in young patrons.” – Kevin Kitrell Ross
